Cancellation Policy

I charge a cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellation without a 48 hour notice given. The fee will be 30% of the starting service price! Some exceptions apply. Clients who frequently cancel or no-show will be required to pay 100% of the starting service price upon booking and may still have a balance at appointment time, depending on product usage. All online deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if a last minute cancellation or no-show occurs. If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours before an appointment, the deposit will still be applied to the next visit.
